Foothold has worked with Clubhouses for over a decade. The particulars of being a Clubhouse separate them from the normal workings of a mental health or behavioral health organization. Clubhouse members are often very involved in their own care and in many cases, work at the clubhouse as well as receive services from it. This unusual arrangement can be a challenging environment in which to implement an electronic health record, but Foothold has had multiple successful implementations, including Fountain House.
